This position holder, reporting into the Senior Director Strategic Sourcing, leads the global strategic capacity management process. This includes creating, modifying and maintaining long term E2E demand and capacity models for products in scope, across Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) network and strategic partners. The position holder develops what-if scenarios, upside/downside demand/capacity implications to drive strategic decision in collaboration with many functions, including strategic capacity analyses, recommendations for network configuration, new product allocation.Scope is related to 3 EMEA sites (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland) within different platform (Solids, Liquids & Creams, Transdermals, Parenterals)

During my over 10 years of experience in the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical company, I covered many different roles, driving me to experience many different aspects of a big multinational company. I’m actually part of the global planning department as Supply Chain Manager for fill & finish site in EMEA and LATIN AMERICA. I’m responsible to develop detailed supply chain models for Solid and Liquid products to evaluate strategic evolution of demand and impacts on for the site capacities, supporting new product sourcing decisions and strategic investment master plans. During my work life experience I followed the site manufacturing planning the material purchasing, engineering & safety aspect, master data management, production support, always willing to optimize activities and reduce costs. I’ve attitude to leadership and team working keeping high the focus on business objectives and process improvements.My objective is to continue developing my experience is supply chain and further experience all financial aspects related to site management and site business plans.
