Supporting the M109A7 Paladin (PIM) program within the Combat Management Systems (CMS) Operations Quality Team. Created and updated several Quality Management procedures & guidelines to provide process documentation in support of production.Led effort to develop Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) during a critical containment to document all evidence of multiple root causes, provide in-depth risk assessments, and design timely corrective actions to prevent production halts and regain customer approval.Involved in introduction of Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) rollout into the York site value stream programs. Actively updating production work instructions (PWIs), and working with production operators at multiple sites domestically involved in the value stream to map out risks & severity at every step of the production process.
