Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and production of advanced hardware components for Electronic Power Steering Systems (EPS) for automotive applications- Plan, monitor, and control project activities, schedules, and budgets within the defined project scope according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customer requirements and automotive industry standards- Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and project teams—including engineering, testing, manufacturing, logistics, quality sales, suppliers, and software/plant/system/mechanical sub-project leads engineers—to ensure alignment with the EPS program milestones and deliverables- Serve as the primary point of contact for the program and sub-projects communications, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and escalations to internal and external stakeholders and the customer technical team- Report program status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and risk assessments to all organizational levels, ensuring transparency, informed decision-making and the activities meets the organizational goals- Manage all project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective use of engineering time, testing efforts, and sample management within program financial constraints- Oversee the entire program lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution and closure—ensuring projects governance and documentation compliance- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address technical and schedule-related risks- Provide technical evaluations, impact analyzes and led countermeasure planning in response of customer/supplier changes, test failures or delays in the program schedule- Apply Agile methodologies to foster effective collaboration across Steering Control Unit platform teams, supporting development and validation of Hardware-Software Integration (HSI), motor and sensor design, safety protocols, and fault injection strategies.
