I contributed to membership growth of this specialized fitness franchise in two different locations. I completed initial sales training at the Farragut location with 5-day corporate sales training covering sales presentations, pricing, contacting leads, overcoming price objections, sales closing techniques, and extensive role playing. I was later transferred to the new Bearden location as the Pre-Sales Coordinator to drive growth of memberships prior to the location opening. During this time, I: • Assisted with sales efforts that brought in nearly new 400 members before the Bearden facility opened in January 2017 and continued to increase membership growth to 650+ through May 2017. • Implemented B2B sales efforts by cold-calling local businesses, salons, and fitness studios to build name recognition, initiate lead generation strategies, and create partnerships with discounted employee rates. • Set-up and represented the company at the local bridal fair to promote the benefits of the facility’s unique approach to fitness and generate interest with new potential leads.
