In full charge of EFSA\'s communication nutrition dossier. Maintained and developed media relations to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences on scientific topics- Implemented EFSA\'s crisis communication roadmap, including the related contract management- Organised and performed media training sessions for EFSA\'s scientific experts and crisis communication trainings for EFSA\'s management- Developed and updated EFSA\'s Lines to Take (LTTs) on Animal Health (avian influenza/bird flu (High Pathogenic Avian Influenza/HPAI – H5N1), African Swine Fever (ASF) etc.), Animal Welfare (Animal Transportation) and reputational corporate issues. Monitored news on the avian influenza/HPAI and ASF outbreaks in the media environment- Answered media requests on different scientific topics (including African Swine Fever and avian influenza) and developed briefings for interviews on Animal Health and Welfare topics- Media Monitoring and production of daily press reviews for internal and external audiences (European Commission/DG Santè and European Chemical Agency)- Analysed EFSA\'s communications campaigns budget, their lifecycle and set KPIs-Produced quarterly statistical media analysis reports on EFSA\'s media coverage. Launched and analysed media surveys
