ABOUT ANASTASIIA SEROVA
I’m a freshman at UC San Diego studying Cognitive Science with a specialization in Design and Interaction, passionate about using design and marketing to tell meaningful stories.This past summer, I interned at Pulse Arts, creating social media content to support their mission of bringing art education to underserved communities. I also completed a two-year apprenticeship at the Harry Moody Studio, where I assisted with studio work, mixed paints, and painted alongside an established artist.On campus, I’m involved in Speech and Debate, continuing to build strong communication and critical-thinking skills. Previously, I served as front-page editor of my school newspaper and studied Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop at Santa Monica College, experiences that shaped my creative and storytelling foundation.I’m excited to keep exploring the intersection of design, communication, and human-centered thinking.
