ABOUT ANASTASIA FOX

I was born in Latvia when USSR occupied my country and was part of the Soviet Union. I am a formal athlete who represented the USSR Olimpic team in the Moscow Olimpic games in 1980. I\'m my lifetime. I had experience living in seven different political and economic countries. In 2005 I moved to the UK. the UK is my home, and I am privileged and proud to have this feeling and knowledge. I am willing to share and support communities from Eastern Europe. Last three years, I have supported the Latvian and Russian speaking communities in the UK. During the COVID pandemic, as individ, I provided support and helped more than 500 Eastern European community members offer social security and help victims of domestic violence. Over this time, it was a clear indication of the community missing the integration process into life in the UK. My mission of mine is to support and help minority communities integrate into the UK lifestyle, regulations and law, particular after Brexit. The community are a lot of confusions, and no guidelines for integration I provide support and guidelines for all communities. I have been an NLP practitioner for more than 25 years, helping to overcome traumatic life experiences, mental/physical/sexual abuse afterwards, vision/dreamssion / dreams, guidelines and support to achieve it, Life coaching and mindset training.
