ABOUT ANAS ALASHRAF

Most people do not have a clear picture of their true strengths and weaknesses — or a map to become who they want to be.I’ve spent 20 years in boardrooms, strategy sessions, and transformation programs across the Middle East and North America watching this play out. Talented people — genuinely capable, often highly accomplished — who are strong in the areas everyone can see, and quietly struggling in others they never thought to look at. Not failing. Unaware. That observation drove a question I couldn’t let go of: what does it actually mean to be strong as a whole person — and why has no one built a rigorous way to measure and develop that? The answer became the Be Strong Framework.Be Strong identifies eight integrated domains of human strength — emotional, mental, educational, spiritual, social, communicative, physical, and financial. It starts with a mirror: the Be Strong Assessment Tool (BSAT), currently being validated through my doctoral research at Golden Gate University, gives you a clear picture of where you actually stand across all eight. The framework is the map. The program is the journey. This is not self-help. It is a research-backed model being built to the standard of academic validation — because if it cannot withstand scientific scrutiny, it cannot be trusted as a development tool. The Be Strong Framework is the foundation of an upcoming book, a validated assessment instrument, and a leadership development program designed for individuals and organizations navigating complexity in the digital age.If you are trying to understand where you are genuinely strong and where the real gaps are — I’d like to connect.Currently: ∙ Partner & Transformation Lead — Devoteam ∙ DBA Candidate — Golden Gate University, Digital Leadership ∙ Founder — Be Strong Framework ∙ Author — Be Strong (in progress)
