ABOUT ANAND ROUNIYAR

As a Finance Manager at Hirect, a leading platform for startup jobs and hiring, I oversee the financial planning, modeling, and analysis for the company. I work with the leadership team and the investors to ensure the financial health and growth of the business and to identify and optimize the key drivers of revenue and profitability. I also manage the accounting, compliance, and reporting functions, and implement and streamline the processes and systems for efficient and accurate financial operations. I have over two years of experience in finance roles at Biocon Biologics and LIDO, where I was involved in preparing and presenting financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variances, as well as conducting financial audits, due diligence, and risk assessments. I have a strong acumen with numbers, and I use various tools and techniques to perform complex financial calculations and scenarios. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SRN Adarsh College, and I am a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I am passionate about finance and startups, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the success and innovation of the company and the industry.
