Reconciliation all the GL with all sub ledgers and internal sheets Finalize intercompany reconciliations and prepare related party transactions report, coordinating with all accounts across the group. Communicate with vendors for the recoveries for claims like quality issues, customer debits raised appropriate debit notes whenever necessary credit notes and maintain recovery ledgers up to date. Experience in entering general accounting transactions on day-to-day basis such as invoice booking and correspondence with all internal departments for the TT payments, CIL and Factoring with Treasury team. Prepared bank reconciliation on weekly basis and ensure monthly closing within 5 days. Customer Aging and Vendor aging, Asset Register, and depreciations Coordinating with internal, external auditors and sorting out their queries and Audit pack preparation Monthly and quarterly closure activities and supporting to MIS. Customer Factoring statement recon as per books and bank statements Ensure smooth process of vendor advances recovery while eliminating overdue unrecovered balance. Preparation of ad-hoc reports, analysis, management information to the management when required. To coordinate with treasury teams in Dubai and Hong Kong to smoothen banking process
