Leading the Shift Operation team in Umal Nar SAS AL NAKHL Power and Desalination plant 1530MW and 95MIGD• Supervising and oversee the daily plant operations performed by the shift team in order to achieve the plant targets safely, efficiently within the company rules, OEM guidelines, legal, contractual and environmental requirements and dispatch the power/water to national grid in line with National Dispatch requirements• Assist and develop in short/long term operation strategy for the plant as per plant condition and execute the strategy with shift team efficiently and conversant with plant emergency procedures. Holding Safety Controller with High voltage switching authorization upto 400KV system for PERMIT TO WORK SYSTEM (ACCESS/PERMIT/PERMIT LIVE/PERMIT TEST/PERMIT WORK)• Contributing plant safe and reliable operation to maintain the plant power and water availability by following Standard operating and Management procedure• Adhered to company safety rules and HSE procedures to maintain the good safety culture• Having Intercompany relationship with other departments to carry out the maintenance activities in time
