System Analyst @NI (National Instruments)

Responsible for supporting and improving key Voice (Telecom) & IT Contact Center solutions as well as platforms used by the enterprise by working as a member of a highly skilled, cross functional agile team of Delivery Leads and Engineers. Responsible of improving and adopting agile methodologies within my team as well as actively collaborate, contribute and learn with peers from other areas of the business to continue the development of soft and technical skills such as Scrum and System Analysts. In early 2022 I took on the responsibility of delivery lead to help support my team on the commitments for each cycle and in mid 2022 I am awarded with supporting the IT Network team too in this same manner. In 2022 and 2023 I am assigned to project manage a change of platform from on-prem to cloud dealing with multiple business areas and stakeholders, from interviewing the business, creating RFP, evaluation forms, analysis of the results and then managing the vendors. Other activities and participation: In 2021 and 2022 I participate as a one of the core team member of the AMER System Analysis IT Chapter where I\'m responsible for collaborating, planning, hosting and coordinating different activities for this community. In 2021, I volunteered as lead of the Career Development pillar for the NI Women Network inclusion group, in 2022 I recommend someone else for this role and moved horizontally to the Allyship pillar lead to promote and support in any possible way other inclusion groups. This open the opportunity to be the moderator for 3 global panel discussions around Career Development with 9 different panelists distributed between these, where more than 800 people attended in total. Thanks to this, I held 3 additional panel discussions for the NI IT community: Automation at NI, How to Grow in an Ever Improving IT Environment & How to Build your Network at NI. Thanks to all of this, I\'m now one of the 2 co-chairs of the NI Women Network inclusion resource group.
