My role is hands-on leadership of design projects and teams through an agile user-centered design process, and I am driven to push boundaries, master new technologies and domains and tackle hard design challenges. To me, design means creating a totally integrated experience; I strive to balance usability and beautility, and the creation of experiences that allow users to fulfill their tasks and achieve their goals with a sense of ease and flow and even pleasure, exceeding expectations and the status quo.
