I am a health professional, certified Dietitian by the Mexican College of Nutritionists with 13 years of clinical experience working in private practice. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for helping clients with gastrointestinal problems, particularly those with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).As a specialist in this field, my foundational knowledge began with a Bachelor\'s degree in Nutrition and Food Science followed by a Master\'s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and as a specialist in the gastrointestinal field I am trained in the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University.
