I lead our school’s college counseling program with one goal in mind: every student graduates with a clear, supported plan for what’s next.I work directly with students and families to navigate academic planning, testing, college applications, financial aid, and matriculation. My team and I break down a process that often feels overwhelming and make it accessible, transparent, and student-centered. A big part of my role is building trust with families and helping them feel confident in the decisions they’re making.I design and manage systems that track graduation requirements, GPA, testing, applications, and FAFSA completion, using data to spot gaps early and turn them into action. I partner closely with school leadership and teachers to align college readiness with instruction and ensure students stay on track to graduate.At the heart of my work is advocacy, equity, and the belief that talent is everywhere and access is not.
