Chartered Surveyor (1st class degree) practising as a Project and Programme Manager for over twelve years in the construction industry. Using a good construction background knowledge gained over the past ten years leading to high levels of customer satisfaction and additional revenue.By working closely with my clients from the outset, I work hard to ensure that projects are kept within programme, quality and budget constraints leading to completed projects exceeding clients’ initial expectations.With a personable nature I am able to transfer existing knowledge to a variety of situations by using a flexible approach in order to go that extra mile. I am highly motivated to continually improve upon my existing skills by attend relevant training programmes when opportunities arise.
