Since the UK team expansion in July this year I’ve been overseeing Bottoms, Dungarees andAccessories with one AB-Previously looked after all product categories at L&Y for a one-year period (July ‘23 to July ’24)with the support of one incredible BAA and the amazing L&Y UK & India merchandising teams (500+options). Significant growth achieved (exact figures can be supplied upon request)-Prior to July ’23 I was looking after Bottoms, Dresses, Jumpsuits and Accessories with no BAAor AB. Significant growth achieved (exact figures can be supplied upon request)-Developed new sustainability-oriented homeware range that utilizes our deadstock fabrics.Range contributed to major growth on yr across Homeware (exact figures can be supplied upon request)-Developed ReYak Packs initiative to utilize scrap fabrics and developed and implementednew deadstock fabric strategy for Accessories-Oversaw transition to a more sustainable packaging for all products and currently workingclosely with Sustainability Manager to develop next phase of this initiative-Secured Vegan Society Certification for over 80 L&Y products-Developed new working practices for the department such as Deep Dive Packs (which haveenabled important reflection on our current range across each category and resulted in keyproduct actions going forward) and Marketing and Retail Store Product Packs (to ensure allteams across the business are well informed ahead of each season of key product deliveries,buys, fit and fabric).
