Manage & administer employee benefit programs for client companies. Primary responsibility is to ensure the effective implementation & ongoing management of various employee benefit offerings such as health insurance, ancillary insurances, retirement, COBRA & wellness programs. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility verification, & claims resolution. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, & other relevant laws & regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for client companies regarding employee benefits-related inquiries, providing expert guidance & support. Prepare & submit required reports & filings accurately, in a timely manner.Develop & execute strategies to educate employees about their benefit options, including providing Benefit Guides, benefit orientations, & wellness initiatives. Analyze benefit utilization data, trends, & metrics to evaluate program effectiveness & identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports for clients to track key performance indicators & measure program success.Experienced in PrismHR for benefits enrollment, benefits administration & payroll deduction of premiums.Experience with customer service ticketing system called Zendesk to document status or inquiry.
