ABOUT AMY YIP
Hello! I\'m Amy I began my career in tech by completing a Computer Science diploma at Vanier College and participated in hackathons for fun. When the pandemic hit, I volunteered to work for a startup to explore the various roles and tasks in the tech industry as I was unsure of my career path. During my time at the startup, I discovered an interest in Product Design and decided to pursue it as a career. Today, I\'m enrolled in the Honor\'s Bachelor\'s degree of Interaction Design at Sheridan College (expected 2026), while also advising the executive team for Hackville 2024, Sheridan\'s flagship hackathon. I am a team player with an open-minded approach to problem-solving. In my free time, I enjoy working out, snowboarding, and discovering new cuisine!
