As a casino host, I was Responsible for analyzing player information in order to make knowledgeable decisions regarding any complimentary items that can be offered to guests (such as food, hotel rooms or on property shopping). Also contact players informing them of new events and promotions and confirming attendance to events within the casino and our hotel. My current position as Casino Marketing Manager is to oversee the executive and casino hosts and to oversee day to day operations in the casino marketing department ie; complimentary exceptions, financial reviews, working with the marketing department to ensure our hosts have current promotion information, training, and many other things. I work directly with our National Casino Marketing Department to ensure extraordinary guest visits to our property. I also oversee the VIP reps & VIP transportation.
