Key focus areas include: Directing the design and implementation of HR policies, processes and practices to maximize human capital development; Providing expertise in all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the development and execution of HR strategies in alignment with the business strategy and management objectives of the company; Leading efforts to create and sustain a strong, inclusive culture - one that successfully attracts, retains and engages the diverse talent needed to achieve the company\'s mission.
