Developing and executing group strategy through our existing companies and partners, new ventures, new partnerships and aquisitions. Developing and qualifying investment business cases. Leading and contributing in stratetic business and product development, primarily responsible for understanding the e-health landscape, including regulatory, product, technology and information security domains. Maintaining M&A-pipeline including company, team, product and technology due dilligence and enterprise value calculations.
