I am a transformation change leader who helps people and organisations navigate meaningful, lasting change. I have led cross functional initiatives aligning business goals with technology, processes and people.To me, transformation is about creating clarity, building confidence and helping teams adapt and grow. I connect the dots across technical and business teams to ensure change is delivered and sustained.At Dialog Axiata, Sri Lanka’s largest telecom provider with over staff and 19 million customers, I led a shift to a data driven culture by securing executive support, launching an Analytics Academy and establishing governance frameworks. I bridged business and technical teams through data translators and capability building, embedding analytics into everyday decision making. I also acted as a control tower, evaluating business needs, prioritising projects, assessing ROI and monitoring value. I created frameworks, tracked capability maturity and supported enterprise wide change.My experience includes network and IT migrations, simplifying product portfolios and using analytics to drive operational and commercial improvements. I applied business intelligence and stakeholder insight to guide investment, enhance customer experience and strengthen performance reporting.
