Responsible for the execution and management of financial accounting and reporting processes for various client property portfolios in the retail, office and industrial real estate sectors• Manage the monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting processes, ensuring a detailed review of property and or portfolio financial results including P&L variance analytics and operational KPIs on key business drivers• Review monthly analysis of changes in portfolio balance sheets with complete reasonability assessments to help ensure appropriate provisions are recorded and to satisfy SOX compliance requirements• Ensure timely and accurate completion of year-end recoveries billings including CAM, tax, HVAC and utilities• Manage the annual budget process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the forecast and budget through detailed reviews of property leasing and expense plans, recovery generations, P&L variance analytics and KPIs• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and management to a team of five Senior Accountants• Develop and maintain high levels of rapport and close client relationships, working with key members of the Real Estate team including Finance and Accounting, Operations and Asset Management (internal and external) • Participate in business development opportunities focusing on promoting JLL’s property management services to attain and secure future client opportunities
