To conduct process audit in a shift and document in standard format. Maintaining quality documentation like SOP, Process flow, batch records, etc. Responsible for In Process Quality assurance by monitoring process activities. Maintaining Food Safety by verification of Sifter functioning, Metal detectors, CCP, OPRP and daily plant rounds etc. Ensure the operation of the plant with high quality and ensures that product losses are kept to the minimum. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain) to resolve quality issues. Responsible for maintaining 5S, GMP & GHK Practices on the shop floor and ensuring a smooth flow of work on the shop floor. Ensure manufacturing defectives are segregated before keeping FG in cooling trolley/slicer infeed. Check the packet seal integrity, verify the batch code & MRP of finished good. Perform Pre despatch inspection of finished good. RCA and CAPA implementation against internal and external complaints. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
