I work as a keynote speaker and consultant along with a Trust wide Training and Inclusion Lead for Chiltern Learning Trust. I offer training/CPD/INSET to MATS, Academies, and Schools, specific subjects/departments, Teaching School Alliances and SCITTS. Along with individuals as part of Try This Teaching. I have written a book recently called Little Guide for Teachers- SEND in Schools. I run a free Teaching and Learning website available to educators worldwide. I have also Co-founded #BAMEed a charity aimed at supporting BAME educators.Aspire to be a Head Teacher.
