Working as a Shift Incharge in Hydrogenation plant. Monitoring and supervision of plant in general shift. Production planning according to target. Monitoring the overall process high pressure reaction (28 kg/cm2 and 10 kg/cm2), Dehydration, vacuum distillation, simple distillation and filtration. Monitoring and Controlling the production of hydrogenation product like 2,5 Dichloroaniline, 3,4 Dichloroaniline, ortho Anisidine, Para Toluidine and Ortho Toluidine. Provide Training to the employee about the process and safety procedures in order to run plant effectively and in safely manner. Monitoring PLC system (Honeywell) and the process parameter. Assign Permit to execution department for safely work completion. Reporting to plant Head Provide day to day support to production and maintenance team with respect to efficient plant operation. Daily plant production report preparation. Done the commissioning of Hydrogenation Plant(High Pressure Reaction and Vacuum Distillation).
