I have a strong background and know-how in power electronics product development. Successfully launched 4 major products in the market which are in the field now. Solid expertise and experience in end to end new product development, localization, cost-down and drive it till factory implementation. Experienced in integrating digital/IoT gateway including cyber security checks for industrial products. Led a team of ~15 R&D/Product development engineers and project managers including international team members to deliver R&D projects on time, quality and cost. Was also responsible for mentoring, resource planning, hiring, budget allocation, stakeholders management etc. Have a good experiences in engaging and managing cross functional teams during product development phases. Worked closely with marketing team and in preparing MRS (Marketing Requirement Specifications) and key technical specification.Demonstrated strong leadership skills in strategic thinking, business results orientation, intercultural sensitivity, team development, customer awareness, business understanding and effective communication/presentations.Filed 4 patents, Lead author of 2 patents and co-author of 2 patents.
