Job Responsibilities-Customer Quality: Support the customer with zero defects and achieving zero customer PPM. Taking containment action during customer complaint and ensure all FG, WIP and BOP components has been segregated against non conformity. Root cause analysis against customer complaint & effective implementation of corrective & preventive actions. Lead the Jaguar Land Rover Manufacturing Process Assessment and maintain the system as per Jaguar Land Rover requirements. Understanding Customer requirements (fitment/function) and implementing best ideas to create full proofing (POKA YOKE) on line to ensure zero defect outflow. Monitoring of Customer Score Card summary on Portal.Process Quality: Responsible for conducting Red Bin Analysis for line rejection with CFT members and take countermeasures. Preparation of Weekly and Monthly MRM and present to top management with effective countermeasures. Conducting regular Process and Product audits for monitoring and smooth running of Operations. Responsible for implementation of Layered Process Audit. Assuring daily shop floor activities on the basis of 4M and abnormality sheet. Leading Improvement Project management activity for resolving major Scrap contributors and reducing to zero. Overall improvement in Quality with the help of 7 QC Tools. Handling all the system related documents as well as updating as per requirement. Plan and conduct SPC of critical characteristics. Identifying the training needs of all line inspectors for proactive and timely analysis of line abnormalities related to BOP and in-house process. Conduct Brazing Testing, Cleanliness Testing, Part Validation Testing as per Plan. Prepare and Update Process Wise SOP\'s, PFMEA, Control Plan, Disposition of day to day hold and problematic material of process. Participation in quality circle and VSM projects.
