ABOUT AMIRA ABID

I’m a driven and people‑focused soon to be graduate who thrives in fast‑paced, multicultural environments. Growing up between Tunisian and English cultures as well as my International Business degree has taught me to stay curious, to understand different perspectives, and to appreciate the small everyday moments of learning. For me even discovering a niche fact about another culture is enough to make my day. That curiosity naturally translates into how I connect with people, adapt to new environments, and approach challenges with an open mind.During my internships at Amazon, I worked as both a Product Manager Intern and a Program Manager Intern. I was trusted with a project that went beyond a typical intern scope, which pushed me to learn quickly, take initiative, and stay composed under pressure. Those experiences confirmed how adaptable I am and how naturally I step into roles that require ownership, problem‑solving, and clear communication.I’m exploring roles such as brand specialist, account management, and consulting positions that allow me to combine analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills and that give me a broad overview of business and cross-team stakeholders. I’m also developing interests in sustainability and occupational psychology, which shaped my dissertation and influence how I think about leadership, wellbeing, and workplace culture. I hope to further develop these interests and apply them within the workplace.I want to be seen not just for the potential I bring: adaptable, curious, and genuinely excited to grow.
