ABOUT AMI PATEL

Experienced IT professional and customer advocate passionate about driving customer success and helping organisations get the most value from their technology investments.I began my career in Professional Services, delivering complex data centre and cloud migration projects across a wide range of industries. During this time, I worked in engineering, project management, and technical consultancy roles to support the migration of critical business applications and IT infrastructure in to managed service platforms. I’ve led cross-functional teams, guided high-impact transformation initiatives, and helped organisations modernise critical infrastructure.Today I work in Technical Account Management, partnering with customers to help them successfully adopt VMware Cloud Foundation as their private cloud platform. I collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - from Engineers to Senior Executives - to align IT strategy with business objectives, drive operational maturity, and ensure long-term success with their hybrid cloud initiatives.I’m passionate about building strong customer relationships, solving complex challenges, and ensuring technology delivers meaningful business outcomes.
