Assist in offering technical support to external sales force, customers and internal departments in terms of product functionality & features and simple selection with some understanding of markets and competitors.Prompt handling of queries and provision of information.New opportunities spotted, evaluated and actionedAssist in offering focused support and activity for key accounts and key projects, in terms of support, selection, pricing and any specific agreed actions. Co-ordinate this activity with the External Sales Engineers, Department colleagues and Manager.Increasing knowledge, ability and confidence to deal with customer enquiries and maximise sales. Achieving company and factory product targets in terms of sales turnover, maintaining and improving product margin, maximizing stock turns and minimizing product returns.
