Including- Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog aligning work back to the team vision & goals, and the overall vision of the company- Implement Scrum framework leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, andretrospectives to ensure continuous delivery and team alignment- Develop and maintain product roadmap, leveraging customer feedback, market research, anddata analytics to inform strategic decisions- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, AI (i.e. Microsoft Co-Pilot, Fusion Intelligence etc.) to manage workflows, track progress, and communicate between stakeholders and engineers- Partner with third-party vendors, project managers, and engineers to create the best UX/UI experience when implementing new capabilities or enhancing current ones- Foster strong stakeholder relationships through transparent communication, regular updates, andcollaborative decision-making. Identify roadblocks and escalate issues as appropriate. Spearhead tool automation and system integrations across the disaster recovery team, improving team efficiency and streamlining our recovery processes, enabling our team to meet 70% recoverable of our core systems.
