With a broad experience in music licensing, pitching and production, I lead a dynamic nine person team at the forefront of our industry.Collectively our in depth knowledge of music, combined with a keen understanding of artists, enables our department to create and curate music spanning all genres for synch accross all media. Over the years, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that includes focusing on teamwork, sales management, time management,accountability tools,sales initiatives, business development,customer service and client relations. These skills allow me to effectively manage our amazing team of experts and ensure we deliver exceptional results year over year. In addition to honing our craft creatively, I believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive team enviorment. By emphasizing clear communication and strategic planning, we are able to service our clients and continually think outside of the box creatively. Leaning in to our repertoire wants and needs and prioritzing the needs for synch is our main priority. Whether working on a high-profile commercial, an blockbuster or indie film or a cutting edge video game, our team brings passion, expertise and a fresh perspective to every project.
