View department →

The Senior Manager, Artist and Audience Impact drives mission critical work that expands our support for artists and audiences from historically underrepresented communities, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, LGBTQ+, women, and people with disabilities. The Senior Manager is responsible for partnering across the Institute to develop strategies that create diverse pipelines and equitable processes within our artist support programs and our public programs and partnerships that engage diverse audiences, industry partners, and community organizations. This role contributes to the Institute’s cultural impact goals by leading field transformation through focused engagement efforts that create, and drive, a shared vision of equity and access both internally and within the industry.
