I direct all aspects of marketing, branding, and PR for the Boise Metro Chamber with the goal of providing education, resources, and transparency to connect, support, and advocate for the local business community. Responsibilities include:• Overseeing creation of annual member directory magazine strategy and bi-annual street map project• Cultivating Online Presence through social media content and strategy, community engagement, SEO, website, NAP listing and reputation management, reporting analytics, and streaming virtual series• Representing the Chamber: networking at events, attending and presenting at industry conferences• Crafting written content that tells the Chamber\'s story informatively, raises awareness, drives traffic, fosters leads, and positions us as trustworthy experts and reliable community partners• Designing eye-catching branding for marketing collateral (bi-monthly newsletter, and all sales packet brochures and 40+ events) that testifies to the quality of the Chamber, enhances perception, and entices viewers to learn more about resources, events, membership, and advertising & sponsorship opportunities• Managing the Chamber\'s Marketing Plan, department budget, one full-time employee and mentoring a Work U Student each semester• Photographing, recording videos, writing blogs, and collecting testimonials about all things Chamber to help document efforts and develop a library of marketing assets• Overseeing the Chamber\'s Brand Standards to maintain integrity as a highly recognizable brand with a positive reputation
