As a Marketing Manager at Earned, I lead the charge on all things event strategy—whether it\'s a national industry conference, an intimate client dinner, or an educational webinar. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, I manage a full calendar of in-person and online events that not only represent our brand but also drive growth and real connections.My work spans the entire event lifecycle—from researching and pitching opportunities, to coordinating logistics and materials, to being on-site (or online) to make sure everything runs smoothly. I travel to set up and staff events, and also spend time in our Walnut Creek office to collaborate in person with the team and help drive key initiatives forward.I’m constantly looking for ways to boost visibility—securing speaking slots, negotiating better booth placements, and finding ways to stretch our budget without sacrificing impact. After each event, I recap what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve next time.For hosted events and webinars, I partner closely with leadership, influencer partners, and expert clients to shape content, handle planning and promotion, and track engagement. I’ve introduced speakers, moderated sessions, and helped turn attendees into qualified leads.Outside of events, I support growth marketing campaigns, lead creation of promotional swag, manage business card and print orders, and collaborate on social media and email efforts. I also maintain relationships with sponsors and vendors, and help ensure every marketing activity is aligned with both strategy and budget.This role is a mix of creativity, logistics, relationship-building, and data—and that’s exactly why I love it.
