Continually develop and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring it is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.Source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions, successfully filling 100+ positions annually. Collaborate closely with Manager, Talent Acquisition regarding open positions, prospective candidates and internal movement within departmentsConduct background screens on candidates for hire and follow up on any additional information necessary to complete background check, maintaining a 100% compliance rate.Knowledgeable of the entire hiring process and ensure compliance of hiring guidelines, internal reference requirements, level of applicant education and/or experience requirements, and internal evaluations.Participate in college and community job fairs increasing brand visibilityPerform additional duties as assigned, contributing to team projects that resulted in overall recruitment efficiency.
