After a rewarding 15-year hiatus, I proudly reenlisted in the United States Army Reserves with a renewed commitment to serve as an officer. My journey began with a return to basic combat training at Fort Jackson, SC, followed by Officer Candidate School at Fort Moore, GA, where I earned my commission as a Second Lieutenant.I am currently serving as a Platoon Leader for the Horizontal Construction Platoon within the 284th Engineering Company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this role, I lead and support my team, leveraging my engineering expertise and leadership skills to drive successful mission outcomes. As I prepare to attend the Basic Officer Leadership Course for Engineering at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, I am also eager to advance to Sapper School. My dedication to continuous growth and excellence fuels my commitment to both my platoon and the broader Army Reserve community.
