Key Responsibilities- Utilize GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre to book flights, giving last minute resolutions- Create customized travel itineraries based on clients\' preferences, budget, and travel objectives- Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and timely travel advice- Manage reservations, including changes, cancellations, and rebooking, while ensuring compliance with airline- Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other documentation requirements- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel recommendations- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using CRM software.Qualifications- Certified with Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO)- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre with advanced ticketing- Working knowledge of Amadeus with voluntary and Involuntary ticket re-issuance- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of travel industry regulations, fare rules, and booking procedures- Familiarity with travel-related software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
