As head of R&D authored all 50+ of Nairian’s cosmetic, skin, and hair care formulations.\\\\n- Created and developed EcoCert and Cosmos-compliant formulas for a full skincare line, including SPF, skin brightening, and color correction solutions.\\\\n- Developed products for men, including shaving creams, aftershave, and a shampoo bar.\\\\n- Optimized Nairian’s HP Soap Collection to be palm oil-free and have stronger longevity.\\\\n- Developed and tested a robust EcoCert and Cosmos-approved preservative system that’s currently used in all Nairian emulsion-based skincare products.\\\\n- Helped the production team develop QA and Product Stability Testing Protocols.\\\\nMy current responsibilities include:\\\\n- Working closely with the key leadership team to define and develop the company\'s portfolio and growth strategy.\\\\n- Overseeing new product development, as well as improvement of existing product lines.\\\\n- Planning and overseeing all scientific research concerning essential oils and plant extract production and their usage in cosmetics formulation.\\\\n- Determining needs for raw materials used by Nairian in cosmetic formulations, and helping procurement team to identify key vendors of such materials.\\\\n- Concurrently overseeing scientific and agricultural activities at Nairian, aimed at developing innovative plant ingredients for cosmetic production.\\\\n- Advise the marketing team on the latest trends and innovations in global natural cosmetics, providing them with materials for articles and blog posts featuring Nairian products and various skincare-related issues and problems.\\\\n- Helping to plan and conduct sales training, including for our global distributors.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
