Responsibilities;EDI & B Expertiseo Design, implement, and maintain EDI & B systems for efficient data exchange with trading partners.o Analyse business needs and translate them into technical specifications for EDI & B solutions.o Develop and test EDI maps to ensure accurate data translation and integration.o Stay up to date on EDI & B standards and best practices.Diversity, Equity & Inclusiono Partner with leadership to create and implement a comprehensive EDI & B strategy.o Review and revise recruitment practices to ensure inclusivity and attract a wider talent pool.o Foster a culture of open communication and psychological safety, where employees feel empowered to raise concerns.o Collaborate with HR to create accessible policies and processes.Project Managemento Manage EDI & B projects from initiation to completion, within budget and timeline constraints.o Effectively communicate project progress and manage stakeholder expectations.o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, developers, and trading partners.
