Assets Management and budgeting for all territories operated in.• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and partner services.• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.• Collaborate with the regional Field Operations Managers in keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.• Supervise, coach and train Field Operations staff regarding logistics best practices.• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.• Comply with laws, regulations and countries requirements.• Research local suppliers that might contribute to partners’ and DICE’s best interests.• Improving current and upcoming workflows, as well as on refining internal operational processes.• Oversee Product rituals and tooling to streamline product development tasks.• Collaborate with Internal Systems/Product & Engineering teams to streamline product engagement.• Propose the build of relevant solution mappings and concepts.• Validate product value post-release through analytics, market coordination events, and competitive analysis.• Overseeing quality assurance checks on new features.• Analysing data to help product management make better-informed decisions.• Work closely with regional Field Operation Managers on market engagement and comms.• Strengthen the Field Operations Product feedback, ensuring constant process optimisation.• Enable a sustainable culture of experimentation by establishing consistent processes.• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to understand business needs and strategic direction.• Create and maintain materials that communicate product capabilities with business value to stakeholders.• Working closely with Account Management and Content teams to improve the partner/fan experience.
