Officially launched!Leading the Arizona chapter of BUILT, a national organization that creates authentic connections among professionals in architecture, engineering, construction, and related industries. BUILT brings together people who want to build genuine relationships that lead to meaningful business opportunities, not just collect business cards.Arizona is experiencing significant growth, with companies across the AEC space targeting this market due to development spillover from California, favorable economic conditions, and strong fundamentals despite interest rate pressures. I\'m establishing the chapter membership base and creating the local presence for BUILT\'s national footprint. The timing aligns well with my work at Commercial Solar Arizona, allowing me to strengthen connections in the local market that benefit both

ABOUT AMANDA TATKO LYSAGHT

I transform data into growth strategies that drive measurable revenue and long-term partnerships. For over 15 years, I’ve developed strategies and led teams that consistently exceeded sales targets by identifying real opportunities—even in shifting markets. I thrive in roles where I can build something new or transform what exists—and right now, I’m doing both.At Commercial Solar Arizona, I drive business development and marketing strategy for commercial and industrial solar projects ranging from 500 kW to 99 MW. We partner directly with developers and owners who recognize solar energy as a cornerstone of their corporate sustainability and operational strategy. In addition to my role with Commercial Solar Arizona, I am President of Arizona BUILT, the local chapter of a national organization that connects leaders across architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) to build authentic relationships that drive real business opportunities.I’m passionate about building teams, partnerships, and referral networks that last. As an active member of ULI and NAIOP, I contribute to organizations advancing the AEC industry. An Arizona native, I returned home 10 years ago after exploring other places. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two teenagers (and two dogs), an avid traveler and hiker, and an amateur ballroom dancer.
