Currently working in partnership with founder and speaker Aaron Proietti on developing and delivering the Today\'s Innovator brand and program offerings. Assisted Aaron in the outlining, writing, revising, and promotion of the book Today\'s Innovator (Motivational Press, 2019). After the release of the book, we worked closely on developing the vision, identity, values, brand, and offerings of the Today\'s Innovator business. Designed and facilitated dozens of workshops and coaching programs to promote teams and individuals to higher levels of performance. Closely supported Aaron in designing compelling speaking content and procuring speaking engagements for him. Over the past year, we have developed the content for a detailed follow-up workbook with the working title of Becoming Today\'s Innovator. The Today\'s Innovator brand continues to evolve. Recently developed a new brand positioning targeting nonprofits and startups which will be launched by the end of 2022.
