ABOUT AMANDA RUSSELL
I am a program analyst with the Environmental Protection Agency\'s Office of Atmospheric Programs, specializing in budget execution and acquisitions. I have a master\'s degree from Johns Hopkins University\'s School of Advanced International Studies, where I focused on economic development, international relations, and governance. Earlier in my career, I worked in international development, including positions with the Vanuatu National Disaster Management Office, USAID, and a technical assistance program at the International Trade Administration. I\'m thrilled to have found a position where I can use my quantitative skills and operational know-how to support EPA\'s scientists in addressing climate change, protecting the ozone layer, and improving regional air quality.
