Broadly, my current role is a combination of strategic oversight and rolling up my sleeves to drive projects forward. I lead an HR Operations team that provides day-to-day administrative and program support across the People Team; additionally I oversee the implementation of programs and software solutions, provide data insights to the org, design workflows and automations, ensure we\'re in compliance, and partner with teams across the company to ease pain points in our overlapping work. Any time the business wants to try something new, I’m looped in to figure out how to operationalize it and to anticipate any pitfalls.Past projects- Lead migration to enterprise HCM (Oracle) on a tight 4-month timeline, replacing our HRIS, ben admin, contingent workforce and merit planning systems, and integrating with payroll and ATS. Managed internal stakeholders across every department along with a team of external consultants- Implemented ticketing system (Zendesk) now handling HR-related requests/month; this project’s demonstrable efficiency gains resulted in later adoption by our Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations and Employee Experience teams - Developed and administered hands-on job shadowing program for early career HR professionals- Partnered with Recruiting to streamline onboarding, background checks, internal mobility, contingent workforce processes and visa sponsorship- Led overhaul of immigration program to improve oversight and reduce unnecessary cost- Spearheaded content migration to a new knowledge base, culling and updating existing materials and identifying SMEs for content governance- Replaced background check and I-9 vendor- Oversaw revision to our onboarding program to prepare for hyper-growth- Supported 7 performance and compensation cycles with systems configuration (Culture Amp, TalentComp), data scrubbing and audits, and business reporting and analytics
