Directly interface with all cross-functional teams and Senior Leadership at NIKE and Gildan, ensuring commercialization according to NIKE standards while servicing day to day business needs.• Doubled NIKE business from $50M in 2012 to $100M for 2015 by launching into new product categories and growing existing blank tee replenishment business. • Improved manufacturing efficiencies by consolidating NIKE labeling requirements for “Futures” business resulting in an 85% SKU reduction, reduced liquidation, and improved quality. • Effectively plan and manage automated replenishment inventory of 8M units (On Hand + WIP) in accordance to NIKE forecast to support a 27M unit annual program. Close attention to aging inventory and managing risk of obsolescence. • Build continuous process and personnel enhancements to service complex printed tee program of 5M units per year, improving on time performance and reducing late delivery charge backs by 50%.• Successfully developed and launched $50M sock program into production, servicing replenishment inventory and make-to-order business models.• Improved internal process and communication to provide proto and cost submission, fabric/finished goods testing, and production tracking according to NIKE requirements.
