ABOUT AMANDA J. SCHREIBER

Seasoned public and private company general counsel with 24-year career in house and in private practice, including 16+ years’ experience in multinational industrial companies and 12+ years’ experience in international and U.S. power generation. Trusted advisor to management, Boards of Directors, and Audit Committees on legal and commercial strategy and legal, regulatory, and compliance risk and mitigation.Amanda was most recently Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ContourGlobal, where she led the global legal organization and was responsible for all Company legal matters, including M&A, project development, capital markets, corporate finance, litigation and regulatory, sanctions, competition law and anti-corruption compliance.* General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of FTSE 250 independent power generation company with global operations during growth period resulting in ~$1bn increase in revenue and ~$500mm increase in EBITDA through organic and inorganic growth, including M&A and sell-downs, significant business integrations and commercial optimization* Member of Executive Committee reporting to CEO and Board of Directors / Audit Committee * Extensive experience in power generation in conventional and renewable technologies and with complex transaction documentation across a range of operational, commercial, financing, and transactional activities* Demonstrated executive and managerial skills as head of function for both Legal and Compliance across multinational and geographically dispersed teams * Driver of high performance and high accountability organizations and culture* Led Company’s successful 2017 initial public offering on London Stock Exchange resulting in net proceeds of ~£450mm, a £2.2bn market capitalization, listing on the premium segment of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and FTSE 250 indexation* Led the Company’s £1.75bn ($2.2bn) cash acquisition by funds advised by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. by a scheme of arrangement resulting in KKR\'s ownership of 100% of the Company’s shareholding in December 2022. Member of Executive Committee; responsible for all Company legal and compliance matters group-wide and leading the Company’s global legal and compliance functions.Amanda started her career at the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Covington & Burling LLP and was a law clerk to the Honorable Barrington D. Parker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
