As part of the Sustainable Product & Packaging team, I lead several of our key sustainable packaging programs and projects as well as conduct annual ESG reporting, analysis and quality assurance. Furthermore, I collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional team members to work towards the achievement of our ambitious sustainability goals.Beyond my role, I\'ve completed the lululemonCARE training which includes instructor-led modules designed to create a culture of care in the workplace, increase awareness and reduce stigma of mental health in the workplace, and equip us with the knowledge to facilitate access to resources. I also enjoy volunteering through our program, lululemon Gives, which enables us to come together to make a charitable impact through global social impact initiatives.On my travels, I always make a point to visit a lululemon store because it is so awesome to see how global our brand is!
